Earrings are just as described! I originally ordered the white gold earrings but decided to change to yellow gold. The exchange process was very fast and easy. I had to ship the return back on my own but it only costed less than $10 with USPS. Their customer service is very responsive, kind, and helpful (always important for a jewelry company!).
