We have 30 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions as they were sent (not worn or used due to hygienic reasons) from Anygolds with the gift box. We promise you a 100% money back with shipping & handling fee if the item is defective. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you detailed instructions on what to do next. Please note the following details below.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless manufacturing defect, we do not accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale (Including coupons: promo codes)
• International orders
** Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, warped items or lost items/center stones.
Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping charges both ways and shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How can I start return?
Just let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a RMA to attach into your package, as well as detailed instructions on what to do next.
