At Anygolds, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the order date or delivery date, whichever is later. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, along with all original packaging, including the gift box.
Defective Items
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs. Detailed return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
Additional Notes
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was sent, a partial refund may be issued to reflect any loss in value. International returns may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
What is considered a defect
Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration from exposure to chemicals, bending due to force, or lost components such as stones.
How can I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please email info@anygolds.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide an RMA form along with detailed return instructions.
