Love my new doble hoop septum ring. It's simple and beautiful. The box it came in was really nice. Also the shipping was incredibly quick and very much appreciated and that alone makes me want to shop at this businesses rather than others.
UPDATE: Shop has excellent customer service! I was able to get a refund for a defective item.
ORIGINAL: Hinge clicker does not close. I tried getting help from seller, but was told I might need to fiddle with it in order for it to work. Since I unfortunately purchased during a sale, I can't return or exchange it. (My other purchase was perfect, and shipped was quick though.)
