i received this very quickly and timely from when i purchased it. It was beautiful and exactly what was pictured. Although, upon receiving I found I had purchased an incorrect earring for my piercing, reached out to the customer service and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. I was able to purchase another item that was correct for my piercing. But would absolutely purchase from them again!
