Why is signature required for delivery?
Signature requirement is for your protection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. However, it is our responsibility to ensure you do receive your valuable purchase. What factors can delay order delivery? always tries to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Rings which require sizing usually have a 2-day delay associated with them. Deliveries to Canada usually result in a 3-day delay. Special custom orders may also be delayed. Orders can also be delayed due to credit verifications, and when the “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same on high order values. Orders of in-stock products which are not rings usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently, Sales Tax is only charged within the state of New York. New York State residents are subject to sales tax. We have 14 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions as they were sent(NOT worn or used) from with the gift box and the Certificate of Appraisal. We only accept returns within 14 days after you received the item. We promise you 100% MONEY BACK with shipping & handling Fee if the item is DEFECTIVE. How do I return an item I purchased?
1. Obtain the RMA Form
To generate an RMA Form.  Call on the 1-877 phone number or email us at with details. Fill in the appropriate information and then email us back. Then we confirm and issues RMA form for you through your email. And then follow the instructions below to return your package.

2. How to Package Your Return
Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the 'RMA Form’, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by such as a gift box and a jewelry appraisal.

3. Shipment and Insurance
For the regular mail if you purchase $50 or more. Make sure you can track your package and opt for signature confirmation. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at for prompt processing. ** will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. **

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payment you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made within 8 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Credits usually show up on the following monthly billing cycle after the date of receipt. Can you resize my ring?
All of our rings are only one size. Size 7 is a standard size for Ladies and 10 is a standard size for Men. However, offers free ring sizing with your first ordering. donot offer resizing after shipping. Most rings can be resized within 2 business days. Depending on the size discrepancy, some rings will take approximately 4-5 business days. Only one size difference is free, and other sizes are charged with certain amounts.
Do you offer Engraving Service to my order?
If the ring you choose is engravable, check the option for engraving at the product page, enter your engraving message at the checkout page or call Customer service at 1-877-806-9342, and we will be happy to help you. The additional fee is $10 each ring. The message you provide will be engraved on the inside of the ring, single line, maximum 15 characters, including spaces.

Do you provide appraisals? recommends having appraisals performed by a jeweler in your area after you've made your purchase. This will allow you the opportunity to thoroughly examine your purchase with the assistance of a professional. However, upon request, will provide an in-house appraisal at no cost. 
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
Yes, uses USPS, UPS service, and Saturday deliveries are optional. Please call us for detail.  
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, We offer an address book option. however, shipments made to an address different from your billing address must be verified with your credit card company.
