Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item, just let us know within 5 days of delivery and we'll send you a RMA to attach into your package, as well as detailed instructions on what to do next. All items must be returned new in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.
Return products must be shipped back to us within 21 days from receiving your item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping fees are non refundable. If you had free shipping for your order, the original shipping fees $7.00 will be deducted in the refund.
Refunds are calculated based on the value of merchandise only. Shipping fees, customs duty/VAT will not be credited.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale (Including coupons: promo codes)
• International orders
** Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, warped items or lost items/center stones.
