It's difficult to put into words how small and unremarkable this nose stud is. Overpriced and OK looking. The shipping was fast! However, right after purchasing this overpriced item, I received a message stating that no item on sale could be returned! Initially, I had felt pleased to see that returns would be accepted within a small time frame, but that information was misleading! It didn't say the caveats. It didn't say returns only with non sale items until the email! Also, when I ordered,the gauge size info wasn't available. They have since added this important info.
The customer service is fast and friendly. They offered me the opportunity to return the item with a lot of red tape! I opted to keep the item instead of risking sending it back and it being rejected!
No discounts were offered whatsoever.
Wouldn't recommend!

Had a little mix up and FedEx delivered to the wrong place. Customer service was awesome and got a replacement. It's super small but so cute! Perfect little nose stud!
