A bit tough to out on

Idk if the one I received might have been defective but it is tough to put on. The clasp kept sliding down and to the side. Took 30+ minutes to put on. It looks great on but again too difficult. This is my third order from here and with the other two I didn’t have an issue. The inly reason I didn’t return is because the policy is the customer needs to pay for return ehich makes no sense.
